Join us on the front lawn of the Huckleberry House teen crisis shelter for cookies, cocoa, and songs from the Ohio State University Women’s Glee Club. At 6:30, guests will help us countdown and turn on the lights. If you would like to bring a donation to the house lighting, we will be accepting gift cards to be included in holiday gift packages for youth. Huck House youth most commonly request Kroger, Wal-Mart, Target, and fast food gift cards.
Easton Charity for Change
Huck House is grateful for the kind generosity of the Easton Community Foundation. During November and December, Huck House will receive a portion of parking meter and ticket revenue to support our work. Visitors are also able to utilize QR codes located on the second level of the Easton Station Building, making it easier than ever to donate and learn more about Huck House and the five other 2021 Change for Charity partners.
Watch for Huck House staff and volunteers at Easton’s Grand Illumination on Friday, November 19, sharing information about Huckleberry House’s proven programs.
